choke and coughのように動詞を二つ使います。choke on vinegar（お酢がのどにつかえた）のように言いうのが一般的です。むせるという動詞は英語には存在しません。これがchoke on waterとなれば、水が喉に詰まったとなります。0:50 she's choking.のどを詰まらせている。
