2026/10/25 kiasu

2;31 But there's one word to describe more Singaporeans, and that is kiasu. それが「kiasu(キアス)」です。
6;16 Anytime you see a queue, just go only, so... Let me get this straight. Being kiasu means joining queues fast? Not just about joining queues. Kiasu is a Hokkien word which translates to “scared to lose,” so there are many ways for Singaporeans to be kiasu. For instance, picking up a second item, instead of the first one, at the supermarket, kiasu. always wanting to be first to board the bus and MRT to get the best seat. Kiasu. parents forcing their child to study so hard until the child hates working hard. kia,,, wait, sounds personal. 0;50 auntie have a lot of questions for you.
