reprise にはリプライズ、リプリーズと二通りの発音がある。同じ役をこなす、歌の節をリピートすると言う意味。同じ役をこなすという意味の名詞形は reprisal になる。辞書には載っていないが必須。 0;31 as expected, the actor reprised his role as President Donald Trump. 期待通り、アレック・ボールドウィン氏はトランプ大統領の役をまた演じることになった。
