米海軍の最新鋭艦ジェラルド・R・フォード級航空母艦は就航してから3，4年経つと思うが、まだ実戦配備されていない。その理由は数々の機能が正常に作動していないと言うものだ。その一つかどうかわからないが、トイレが詰まると言う問題がある。7:43 にそのトイレの画像が有るが、最新鋭艦にしてはお粗末に見える。でも、兵隊にはこのくらいでちょうどいい。トイレの詰まりは質の悪いトイレットペーパーや相当の量の便、それ以外のものを流すのが原因だと思う。とにかくアメリカのトイレはよく詰まる。海軍基地のトイレもよく詰まる。構造の問題ではなく、使う人に問題があると思う。私は日本のトイレが詰まった現場を見たことがない。韓国ではトイレにトイレットペーパーを流さない習慣が有る。多分、昔の韓国のトイレもよく詰まったからなのだろう。米海軍にもこの習慣を導入して、便座の横にトイレットペーパー用の大きなゴミ箱を一つ置くといい。

韓国の63ビルが建築基準法に違反していると、ある元談合屋が言った。彼は新潟地震の際に真っ先に現地に駆けつけ傾いたアパートを起こす仕事をしていたとも言った。30年前の63ビルは韓国の最新鋭の建造物だったが、この人は曲がってはいけない梁が曲がっていると指摘した。三豊百貨店の崩落の際には柱に一斗缶が埋められていたという手抜き工事も発覚した。、、、、韓国の建築業界の関係者は、当時、中国では不実工事、不実建築（要するに手抜き工事、手抜き建築）が横行していると言っていた。あまり褒められない仕事をする建築業界の人たちが、中国の建築はダメだと言ったのだ。現在中国では手抜き工事による建築物が多く建っている。ほとんどがコンクリ製だと思う。スポーリング（剝落）がコンクリの短所としてよく挙げられるが、コンクリの最大の短所は撤去することだと思う。私の家の近所で二階建てのビルの撤去があった。夏の前に工事が始まりつい先週撤去を完了した。平地であるにもかかわらず、撤去に3ヶ月かかった。平地にある木造の家屋なら長くても二週間で撤去できる、重機が入れば数日で終わる。戦後の東京は焼け野原から復興、、、とよく言われるが、焼け野原になれた木造建築だったからこそ、日本経済が早く復興したと言える。

中国不動産大手が巨額負債、投資家ら殺到　破綻すれば経済リスクには「中国の不動産バブルを背景に成長してきたが、強気な投資と事業の多角化が裏目に出て巨額の負債を抱える。」と言う部分には同調できるし、出来ない部分も有る。事業の多角化は経営者なら誰でも考えることだ。もし本業がダメになったときに他の収入源を確保する必要があるからだ。巨額の負債には反対だ、借金をせざるを得なかった理由も大体想像できるが、借金はフットワークを重くする。

手抜きビルの乱立する社会中国。撤去するには爆破だろうか？これからの中国では発破屋が花形産業になりそうだ。中国の不動産バブルはとんでもないゴミの山を築いてしまった。
