庭いじりを英語でなんと言うか？

さて、日本語の庭いじりは木や盆栽の手入れのような気がする。英語の do the garden = do the garden work には庭いじりに加えて、家庭農園の世話をするの様なニュアンスがある。。同じようなのりで、do the yard = do the yard work もあるが、こちらは芝生の手入れのような気がする。1:25 doing the garden, digging the weeds, who could ask for more? 庭をいじって、草をむしって、これ以上の道楽は無いね。
