なす、なすび、はアメリカでは　eggplant 　イギリスでは　aubergine 。一応知っておこう。0:01 with most vegetables, the heavier the better is what they say, but that's not the case with eggplants. 大体の野菜は大きいほどいいといいますが、なすびに関してはそれは当てはまりません。
