おから建築を英語でなんと言うか？

おから建築は豆腐建築 tofu construction 、おから建築 tofu dreg constructionと中国では言います。これはすぐ伝わる言い方なのでそのうち正式に英語になるのではないかと思います。一般的な英語では shoddy construction（手抜き工事）ですが、これは必ずしも建物の強度の手抜きは意味しません。2:59 it became known as tofu construction.
