Christmas

Christmas is a world-wide holiday for most countries. In America, Christmas is celebrated by Christians who honor the birth of Jesus. Christmas means, "Christ's Day". Although there is much gift-giving and receiving on Christmas in America, the basic purpose of Christmas for Christians is to remember our Savior, Jesus, and His Blessed mother Mary, and adopted father, Joseph. Although the Catholics acknowledge God-Jesus-Holy Spirit as ONE, we respectfully acknowledge Joseph as Jesus' father on Earth - because God is Spirit, but the Father of Jesus. Ultimately, Christmas in America resembles giving, charity, peacefulness, and kindness to each other.
