spigot 樽栓（たるせん）

栓（せん）という言葉は「ガスの元栓、栓抜き」などの単語に紛れ込んでいるが栓とは要するに電車の中でよく見かける「非常用コック」のコックのこと。spigot 樽栓 は水道の蛇口という意味でよく使われる。2:49 and then red, meaning turn off the spigot. 赤い光は水を止めろということです。
