over the hill には峠を越える、ピークを過ぎると言う意味があり、比ゆ的に歳をとりすぎた、（歳のせいで）仕事もままならなくなった、ほどの意味があります。0:50 we're not over the hill but we're looking at it from the summit. うちら、まだしっかりしてるよね、って言っても、もう少しでよぼよぼになっちゃうけど。
