柔道でよく折る鎖骨だが、正式名は clavicle と言う。一般的には collarbone, collar bone と言う。鳥などの collarbone を wishbone と言うがこちらは二本の鎖骨がつながって Vの字 になっている。二人で願いをかけて折るので wishbone だが、この二人が必ずしも男女である必要は無い。
