除夜の鐘を英語でなんと言うか？

除夜とは大晦日のことなので、年越しそば同様に New Year's Eve bell ringing でいいと思う、、が、、これは儀式だから the bell ringing ceremony on New Year's Eve でもいい。ring out the old year, ring in the new year （旧年を送り新年を迎える）と言ってもいい。外国人には日本人の内省的な部分 ring out the old year の部分よりも、ring in the new year のほうがわかりやすい、、とすれば、New Year's Eve bell ringing よりも New Year's bell ringing といったほうがくどくなくていい。
