いつか、White flight でふれたことのある gentrification ですが、金持ちがある地域に集まって来ると、そこの土地の価格が高騰して、それまでそこで暮らしていた住民たちはその地域から追い出される、、、くらいの意味です。動詞は gentrify 語源は gentry です。0:19 Ilya said he's being forced out. イリヤさんは（家賃の高騰で）仕方なく出て行かなければならなくなった。
