つくづく思うのだが、日本は議院内閣制でよかった。総理大臣になるほどの人間なら経験と時間のふるいにかけられるからだ。しかし、（アメリカの）大統領制にもいいところはある、大統領は議会を解散できないから、大統領は暴走しにくくなる。
私の英語ノートの真ん中に men with small hands と書いたが、0:30 you know what they say about men with small hands? の箇所だ。アメリカ人に聞くと確かに a man with small hands cannot be trusted. のように言うがどうしてそうなのかは誰も知らないようだ。
