brig 営倉（えいそう）

brig とは監獄、刑務所の意味だが、軍人が入る軍の刑務所。船の中にも brig はある。brig のもともとの意味は艦内の刑務所。余談になるが、曽我ひとみさんの夫のチャールズ・ジェンキンス氏も横須賀海軍基地の　brig ブリッグで一ヶ月間の禁固刑を受けていた。1:07 cuff him and throw him into the brig. throw him into the brig. nobody goes to the brig without the old man's signature. good point. secure him in the meat locker. 手錠をはめて営倉にぶち込んでおけ。営倉へ連行しろ。艦長の承認なしで、そんなこと出来るもんか！なるほど、じゃそこの冷蔵庫に突っ込んでやれ。
