この席空いてる？(is this seat taken? is this seat available? is this seat free?)seatはいってもいわなくてもいいでしょう。この車空いてる（共有の車が何台かあれば）、、、is this extra? という風にextraという単語をうまく使ってください。0:01 excuse me, is this seat taken?
