無敵艦隊

かの無敵艦隊はArmada Invencible。ここで重要なのはarmada（艦隊）にしてもflotilla（船団）にしてもスペイン語に由来していることだ。当時の影響力が今なお偲ばれる。0;08 'Battleship' is about a fleet of ships that are forced to battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals. 映画バトルシップは米海軍艦隊が正体不明の船団と戦いやつらの邪悪な目的を暴きそして阻止する物語だ。
