状況にもよりますがoverprice, overchargeくらいでしょうか？言い値はasking priceです。ただし、fixed priceでなくnegotiable priceであれば必ずfirst price, last priceが存在します。asking price=first priceでもいいでしょう。掛け値なしはno overpricing, we do not overcharge here. でいいと思います。値切るは英語でhaggleといいます。
