気を緩めることです。いろいろな単語がありますが、unguardedness, carelessness, unreadinessあたりでしょうか。油断しているところを英語で言うとbe caught off guard(0:22), あるいはcaught with one's pants downとなります。off-guardは油断しているという形容詞です。
