下痢はdiarrheaです。しかし普通の言い方はthe runsです。下痢気味はa case of the runsと表現するといいでしょう。I have a case of the runs.（下痢気味かも。）下のビデオにあるように人がトイレに駆け込む様を英語ではthe green apple two-stepといいます。雑学として覚えておきましょう。two-step はダンスの意味。
