下のビデオ内容はともかく、3:27 の画像に注目してもらいたい。青い服の女性がお縄になっているが、その手は手錠ではなく結束バンド、ケーブルタイで縛られている。英語ではzip tie が代表的な名称だ。cable tie, plastic tie ,,,何とでも呼べる。
