連絡するを英語でなんと言うか？

コンタクトを取る、連絡するに相当するのがget (a) hold of somebody です。get ahold of とも表記されます。もちろん捕まえるという意味もあります。 普通 get a hold of yourself と言えば落ち着きなさいという意味です。
