簡潔、手短い、、、、brevityです。2:04 I can only apologise for the brevity of my visit. this is an uncommonly busy time for me. that's probably somebody phoning to ask me to come to another European city. このたびはオスロのノーベル学会に招待いただいて皆さんの前で講演できることをとても名誉なことと思っています。しかしながら私のここでの滞在はきわめて短いものになることをまずお詫び申し上げます。例年になく忙しい時期となっているからです。もしかしたら、そこで鳴っている電話もわたしの講演依頼の電話かもしれません。
