You scared the hell out of me.が一般的な言い方でhellの部分が他の単語に置き換わることがあります。 hey you scared me.が妥当な言い方ですが、the hell out ofは強調するために使われています。You scared the wits out of me.がお勧めです。状況によって主語のyouがshe/he/it/theyなどにも変わります。あー、ビックリしたの「あー」に相当する部分は英語でもやはりahh!です。
