grace について

grace は女の子の名前だが、そもそもの意味は神の恩寵（おんちょう）だ。お情け、慈しみ（いつくしみ）のこと。by the grace of God（神の恩寵のもとに）といいながら、一部の人間は人類に対し多くの悪事を働いてきた。決していい意味ではない。6:49 God gave you grace to purge this place and peace all around may be your fortune. 主はこの世から神を信じない者たちを一掃する使命を汝に与え給うた。異端者なき新世界は幸いである。
